Master Chef Noroor Somany Steppe is Blue Elephant’s founder and executive head chef of Blue Elephant’s Thai restaurant chain. Try one of Chef Noroor’s signature dishes that are traditional and bursting with flavor.

The restaurant is located at 233 South Sathorn Road (ถนนสาทรใต้), and with the Surasak BTS station (สถานีสุรศักดิ์) just in front of the restaurant’s entrance.

The restaurant is open for business from 11:30 am until 2:30
pm for lunch and dinner from 6:30 pm until 10:30 pm.

Now here’s something cool, the spice level of served meals is determined by the number of elephants next to the dish, this does not stop the kitchen from being flexible though, so don’t forget to ask when you place your order.
